She spent 21 years in internal audit across banking and manufacturing, including leadership at the Audit Director level.
That work required her to look beneath what appeared to be happening, understand how systems and people actually operated, identify risk and failure points, and determine what needed to change.
Today, she brings that same lens to AI architecture and implementation.
She does not just advise on what should be built. She builds.

Missy Ross is the Founder and AI Architect of Vero Dawn, an AI architecture and solutions company that helps businesses see what could work better, determine the right solution, and bring it to life.
Her 21-year career in internal audit spans banking and manufacturing, with leadership experience at the Audit Director level.
Missy is a Certified Public Accountant, Retired; Certified Internal Auditor; Certified Financial Services Auditor; Certified in Risk Management Assurance; Certified Internal Controls Auditor; and Claude Certified Architect - Foundations.
Her work today includes custom AI architecture and implementation, purpose-built products, and the exploration of how AI can solve both business and deeply human problems.
The goal is not to add AI. The goal is to make the right thing better.
