AI Consultant and Strategist
An AI consultant for owner-led businesses.
Twenty-one years spent auditing how other companies work, now spent on yours. We find what needs to change before anyone builds anything, and sometimes the answer is that you already own it.
The business works. That is the problem. It works because you are in the middle of it, answering the same questions every week, making the call nobody else will make, and holding the parts together in your head.
You do not need another tool. You need someone to work out which of that should stay with you, which of it should not, and what has to be true before any of it can be handed over. That is an architecture question, and it gets answered before anything is bought or built.
The fit is the situation, not the sector. Vero Dawn works with established businesses across the United States, in any industry, and delivers remotely.
How the Work Runs
The framework is consistent. The answer is not.
Audit
Understand what is happening before prescribing anything. People, processes, systems, handoffs, timing, cost, and what is already working.
Reimagine
Challenge the current way and look at what could work materially better, before a solution gets chosen.
Architect
Decide what should exist, what should stay with a person, what technology belongs, and where the boundaries matter.
Implement
Build and finish it so it works in the real business, including the testing, the rough edges, and whether anyone adopts it.
A project may end with AI, with automation, with software you already pay for, with a custom tool, with a process change, or with no new technology at all. The goal is not to add AI. The goal is to make the right thing better.

An auditor who learned to build.
Missy Ross spent twenty-one years in internal audit across banking and manufacturing, reaching Audit Director level. Her experience includes Bank of America, Citi, Ingersoll Rand and Dana Corporation. Audit work is the practice of looking underneath the visible issue, working out how a business actually operates, finding where the breakdowns hide, and judging whether a problem has been solved or only moved.
That is the same question an AI build has to survive. Most of the market answers it with a demo. She does not stop at telling you what should exist, either: she architects it and builds it, which means a recommendation that cannot be built is a recommendation she has to live with.

Where to Start
A review of one problem, process, or decision starts at $1,500. You leave with a straight read on what it is, what should change, and what it would take, including the pricing to build it if we are the right people to.
If the question is wider than one problem, or you already know what you want built, those are scoped to the work, because the range depends far too much on what is already in place to put a number on it before anyone has looked. The Work lays out all three ways in.
If you are already holding a quote from someone else, that is a Second Opinion, and it is its own thing.

Common Questions
In most of the market, nothing. Both words get used for the same work, and both get used for people who only ever hand over a slide deck.
The split that matters is whether the person who tells you what to do is also the person who has to make it work. Vero Dawn does both halves, which means a recommendation that cannot be built is a recommendation we have to live with.
No. The fit is the situation, not the sector.
If the business is established, the owner is still in the middle of everything that matters, and the stakes are high enough that getting it wrong would cost real money, the work applies. That has held across very different kinds of business, and the method did not change between them.
No. Vero Dawn Consulting LLC is registered in Wyoming, works with businesses across the United States, and delivers remotely.
There is no office you need to drive to and no travel to pay for.

Looking across the whole business has a starting price of its own, which we will give you when you ask. Building is scoped to the work, because it depends on what is already in place.
Then you hear that, and you hear what to do instead.
An independent medical practice came to us wanting an AI build and left without one. Two of the fixes that mattered most were already sitting inside software she paid for every month, switched off.

Not the tidy version. The thing you handle yourself every week because explaining it takes longer than doing it. That is usually where this starts.
