Before anything gets built, we go and look at the real thing. Who touches it, what they actually do, what is already in place, and where it gets stuck.

Missy spent 21 years in internal audit, where the job was checking whether something worked the way it was described. That habit is still how we start.

It is also why we do not start from AI. Often what is slowing a business down is something it already pays for and never switched on, or a handoff between two people that no tool is going to hold.

Sometimes the answer is AI. Sometimes it is automation, a different system, or a change in how the work moves.

And sometimes the answer is not to build it. We will tell you that, before you spend anything.
