Our Commitment to Transparency

Vero Dawn Consulting LLC builds with artificial intelligence, consults on AI strategy and implementation, and uses AI tools in our own operations. We believe you have the right to know when and how AI is being used — whether on this website, in the work we deliver, or in how we communicate with you.

This disclosure is not a legal formality. It reflects how we actually work and what we believe responsible AI use looks like in practice.

AI on This Website

This website includes an AI-powered chat assistant (Vero) and an AI Action Plan Scan. Neither is a human being; both are conversational AI systems. They are designed to answer questions about Vero Dawn’s services, help visitors find information, and assist with initial intake.

When the assistant initiates or responds to a conversation, it identifies itself as an AI. You are never speaking with a human representative unless explicitly stated.

Conversations may be processed by a third-party AI platform. We strongly advise you not to share sensitive personal information, financial details, legal matters, or health information through the assistant. We automatically redact patterns like Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, and API keys before storage, but we recommend never sharing them in the first place. AI in Our Consulting Work

Vero Dawn uses AI tools to support the delivery of our consulting services. AI may be used for research, drafting initial content, analysis, brainstorming, process mapping, and building automation workflows — depending on the nature of the engagement.

You will always know when AI has been used in work product delivered to you. We are transparent about our methodology and the tools we employ. Every deliverable is reviewed, refined, and accountable to a human professional before it reaches you.

AI-Assisted Communications

Vero Dawn may use AI to assist with drafting emails, follow-up communications, outreach, and weekly blog content. Any communication or publication sent on behalf of Vero Dawn Consulting LLC has been reviewed by a human team member before release. We do not send fully automated, unreviewed AI-generated communications to clients or prospective clients.

What AI Does Not Do at Vero Dawn

AI does not make final decisions about your engagement, project scope, or recommendations. Such decisions require human judgment and accountability.

AI does not have access to confidential client data, proprietary information, or sensitive materials without your explicit knowledge and consent.

AI does not replace the human expertise, professional accountability, and personalized attention that Vero Dawn Consulting provides.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask, at any time, whether AI was used in a specific deliverable, analysis, communication, or recommendation. You have the right to request a human review of any AI-assisted work product.
